Simon's Bio

I'm Simon and I am responsible for making sure that the deals are coming in! [the properties I buy for my investors at Progressive Property. I manage the different lead generators that we have for sourcing property 30% below market value [estate agents, leaflets and so on] and it is my responsibility to negotiate with vendors to ensure we create win-win situations for all. I only buy Property that will make my clients money and is the right choice for the vendor and we have helped a lot of people out of debt and personal difficulties in buying over 200 properties.

My other role is to speak to prospective investors answering any questions they may have about the process of Property investment and do what I can to help them build a sizeable and profitable portfolio [without the stress and hassle].

I'm a motivated, hard-working person and Mark has been known to literally drag me out of the office and force me to take days off! This is for no other reason other than the fact that I really enjoy working in Property and with Progressive, who are helping me build own portfolio
